| Prof. Yang YueSPIE Fellow,IEEE/Optica Senior Member,Xi'an Jiaotong University, ChinaBiography: Prof. Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published over 260 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >10,000 citations, six edited books, two book chapters, >60 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >50 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair or Committee Member for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >70 prestigious journals. |
Prof. Jinping LiuHunan Normal University, ChinaBiography: Holding the esteemed title of Professor and recognized as a Young Backbone Teacher in Hunan Province, Prof. Jinping Liu currently serves as an Associate Professor at the College of Information Science and Engineering at Hunan Normal University. He holds a Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering from Central South University, where he also earned his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in Computer Science and Technology and Computer Application, respectively. His academic journey also includes a stint as a joint Ph.D. student at the Department of Computer Science, University of Essex, further enriching his international perspective. His research interests and expertise span multiple fields, including intelligent systems, data science, and computer engineering. This breadth is reflected in his appointments as Assistant Editor of CAAI Transactions on Intelligent Systems and Youth Editorial Board Member of several journals, including the Journal of Wuhan University (Natural Science Edition), Data Science and Management, and Computer Engineering. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Liu is actively involved in intellectual property protection. He serves as an Intellectual Property Protection Expert and Technical Investigator for intellectual property administrative protection in Hunan Province, reflecting his commitment to safeguarding innovations and fostering a culture of respect for intellectual property rights. Dr. Liu's research output is substantial, with over 90 SCI/EI journal papers to his credit. His work has been recognized through the authorization of 15 national invention patents. This productive output is a testament to his dedication to research and his ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications. |

| Dr. Zhiheng ZhouUniversity of Electronic Science and Technology of China, ChinaBiography: He graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2014, majoring in Communication and Information System. From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also serves as a a reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE ICC and other journal conferences. He has been the principal researcher of national major projects, Cisco, Huawei and other scientific research projects, and has obtained 2 patents. He has published 10 academic papers in core academic journals at home and abroad, 4 of which were indexed by SCI. Research interests: Intelligent network communication, trusted communication in the Internet of Things, abnormal network behavior detection, network error correction coding, etc. |
